Customers are to abide by the terms and conditions laid out below, Tido’s management reserves the right to require customers not following the stated terms and conditions to cease their current session(s). These customers may be asked to leave the premises as a result. Regarding children (anyone under 13 years of age) and larger group bookings, it is the responsibility of parents, guardians and/or group representatives to have read the terms and conditions and ensure that those in their care are acting safely.

Refunds for booked activities are issued at the management's discretion.

We reserve the right to alter and amend the terms and conditions without prior notice or consent.

Wall Climbing

Despite all efforts to insure safety the climbing wall still involves elements of risk, often manifesting as falls. Any fall can result in serious injury regardless of height, age and experience. By using the climbing wall you inherently acknowledge and accept these risks. Additionally by purchasing a ticket for yourself or others (and/or by accessing the climbing wall without a ticket or consent) you automatically waiver your rights regarding the accountability of Tido in reference (but not limited to) damage to personal property, theft of personal property, injuries minor and major or even death due to unsupervised and/or improper use of the climbing wall facilities.

  • You should not attempt to climb or operate the wall; 

    • If unsupervised 

    • If consuming alcohol

    • If consuming food/soft drinks

    • If the safety mat is obstructed or misplaced

    • Wearing improper clothing/shoes/jewellery

    • Without purchasing a ticket/session slot
       

  • Jumping from the climb wall is not advised, where possible customers should climb down from the wall.
     

  • Do not wait, stand or approach other climbers on the wall, wait for them to properly descend and dismount.
     

  • Customers leaving belongings (such as clothing, handbags, phones, watches) by the climbing wall do so at their own risk. No objects should be left on the safety mat.
     

  • Customers who appear under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave the premises.
     

  • Damaging or high risk behaviour and actions on the climbing wall will also result in customers being asked to leave the premises.
     

  • All injuries (including superficial/minor injuries) should be reported to a member of staff immediately. This is to ensure proper care is provided and that the climbing wall remains hygienic for others.
     

  • Any damage to the wall, i.e. split boards or loose holds should be reported to a member of staff immediately.

VR Arcade (standing/seated)


Despite all efforts to insure safety the VR activities still involve elements of risk, often manifesting as minor hits/clashes with other players and/or environmental aspects, by using the VR activities you inherently acknowledge and accept these risks. Additionally by purchasing a ticket for yourself or others (and/or by accessing the VR activities without a ticket or consent) you automatically waiver your rights regarding the accountability of Tido in reference (but not limited to) damage to personal property, theft of personal property, injuries minor and major or even death due to unsupervised and/or improper use of the VR & computing equipment.

  • You should not attempt VR activities; 

    • If unsupervised 

    • If consuming alcohol

    • If consuming food/soft drinks

    • If the equipment is damaged or broken. 

    • Without purchasing a ticket/session slot
       

  • Some users may experience motion sickness, loss of balance, nausea and disorientation. If you begin to experience these effects raise your hand and alert a host immediately. It is your own responsibility to report on your well being.
     

  • Do not jump, leap or swing/flail your arms/controllers in VR you may hit another customer, furniture or wall.
     

  • All injuries (including superficial/minor injuries) should be reported to a member of staff immediately. This is to ensure proper care is provided and that the VR equipment remains hygienic for others.
     

  • Any damage to the VR equipment, i.e. split cables or loose casing should be reported to a member of staff immediately.
     

Guest Wifi

The Tido guest wifi is provided without warranty or support, by accessing the online service you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

  • Tido accepts no responsibility for the online services you access and does not guarantee that any such services are error or virus free.
     

  • Tidos guest connection is open for all use and therefore tido accepts no responsibility for the information you transmit or receive via the service.
     

  • Tido does not guarantee the availability of the guest service, the speed at which information may be transmitted or received via the connection, or that the service will be compatible with your equipment or any software which you use.
     

  • Tido does not guarantee the security of the information which you may transmit or receive using the Service. By using the service you accept that it is your responsibility to protect your information and have adequate security for your information and data.
     

  • Tido does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of equipment connected to the Service.
     

  • You must not use the guest service to access online services, or send/receive statements/documents/information, which is: illegal, defamatory or harassing, includes obscene, profane or abusive language or material. Any pornographic material including offensive or derogatory images regarding sex, race, age,
    disability or sexual orientation.

     

  • You must not use the guest network to steam illegal materials, download or distribute protected content without consent.
     

  • The guest connection is intended for consumer use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.
     

  • You agree and acknowledge that Tido may keep a log of connected devices this log may contain device identifying information such as IP and MAC addresses.
